The Rocks Apartment offers a premium lakefront accommodation experience in Wanaka. Elevated by its’ the first-floor waterfront position, be prepared for exceptional views of Lake Wanaka spanning from the Cardrona Valley to the mountains of the Southern Alps.
This newly built apartment can comfortably accommodate a party of up to 6 people. With three generous sized bedrooms, two complete with ensuites, the third bedroom shares the guest bathroom. The modern, open-plan kitchen, living and dinning space spills out onto the outdoor covered balcony, where you can dine alfresco or simply sit back and relax taking in the expansive views. During winter after a day at one of the nearby ski resorts light the outdoor open-fire and take in the scene of the snow-capped mountains.
Within easy walking distance of the Wanaka town centre, The Rocks Apartment is the ultimate place to base yourself and enjoy the many cafes, restaurants, and boutique shopping experiences on offer in the township. This apartment includes use of the communal indoor swimming pool, spa, and gymnasium. There really is something on offer for everyone at the Rocks Apartment.

Wonderful Wanaka
This apartment was simply stunning. The view captured in the photos doesn’t do the real view justice. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped, the bedrooms great and the bathrooms also fab.
We will have everlasting memories for our stay here. We couldn’t recommend this property any higher.
