Conveniently located just minutes to Lathrop State Park and Martin Lake/Horseshoe Lake/Walsenburg Golf Course, Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center and Veterans Hospital are 2 miles away. Local destinations: Walsenburg is a 6 minute drive. La Veta is 15 a minute drive, Cuchara and other attractions like Cuchara Mountain Park are an easy drive up Highway of Legends Scenic Byway.
