Main lounge area with RC split system air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. ALDI coffee machine (BYO Aldi pods). Ceiling fans in lounge and all bedrooms. Outdoor dining area with marina views and BBQ with hood. Off street parking including double garage. Fish cleaning sink provided. Top load washing machine with dryer. Sorry, pets not permitted.
