Upstairs & downstairs lounges have television and DVD player, Foxtel channels; fully equipped combined kitchen/dining/lounge upstairs including dishwasher & microwave, small bar fridge in downstairs kitchenette. Stairgate; Front load washing machine, Balcony has distant sea views. Large fully sheltered enclosed rear deck, Hooded gas barbecue, Outdoor seating for 10 people. Grassed rear yard, off street parking with room for a boat, fish cleaning sink. Double car garage, Located a 3 minute walk to the beach, Pets by arrangement only ($100 refundable bond applies per pet) .

DIRECTIONS: Follow the signs to Moonta Bay along Bay Road. Turn left onto Coast Road (large green sign says Port Hughes), then take the 3rd right into Percy Street. This two storey property is on the corner of Percy and Stuckey (look for the yellow Holiday Rental sign).
