Nothing super fancy, but nice. Our room was very clean & the hotel was extremely quiet. Super impressed with how clean the bathroom was. Had no problems at all in our 7 days there. The breakfast could have more options We never did get to use the pool/hot tub as it was always really full when we went to use it.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly at all hours! The walls were a bit thin and I could hear the people in the room next to me in the middle of the night. It’s certainly a budget hotel in that the bed was simple and basic, but it was clean and my air conditioning worked and I was grateful for the breakfast. Having a car would have been helpful, not really a walking-friendly location

We have stayed here a few times dropping our daughter to college and they have always been good stays, our younger son loves to go swimming at the hotel. This time we didn’t have many options on the breakfast either the breakfast machine wasn’t working or the option of food was something we can’t eat (pork) but otherwise another good stay at SureStay thank you

We liked the closeness to the airport, the parking was very good, the cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool and spa was enjoyable! If you are very tall , I would request a handicap room, due to the height of the toilets in a non-handicap room.

Upon confirmation off my reservation, online, I received notification that the pool was closed. That pissed me off as it was non refundable and I was not made aware the pool and hot tub were not operational. When I got there the pool was operational, Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast was good enough.
