The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bath needed maintenance and staff responded quickly. The hand and bath lotions need to be fixed properly as they were inconvenient to use.
Overall our stay at the hotel was a great experience and will come back if our plans are to come to Cape Town again sometime in future.

The most amazing customer service I have ever received! Everyone from the front door, the concierge staff to the wait staff! Beautiful property and perfectly appointed rooms! Loved the One and Only..:so aptly named!

This Hotel experience was exceptional! Matijn from the time I booked until I arrived was very attentive. He helped me to find and make reservations at different restaurants and tours. He made sure everything was perfect for my first time in Cape Town. Johan, on of the owners was there to greet us when we arrived. He was very detailed and told us the history of the hotel and gave us a tour of the hotel. Johan was very hands on in making sure that our experience was great. The hotel is beautiful, the entire staff was amazing and this will be the only hotel I choose when I say stay in Cape Town. This is the best hotel experience you will ever have
