Private Sanctuary high in the mountains of the Lake Arrowhead Gated community in Waleska, GA. Breathtaking views of the lake, 18- hole Championship golf course and Atlanta skyline in the distance from the 2 decks as well as the floor to ceiling windows on both floors of the home. 8 miles of hiking trails, tennis, pools and private parks all within the gates.
The home itself has a completely renovated Gourmet kitchen with giant island for gatherings. Master bedroom on 1st floor allows for single floor living, complete with claw tub and separate shower in master bath, with large walk- in closet. Living and dining rooms are 1 large area complete with views.
Furnishings are beautiful leather couches and chairs in front of a large fireplace and 60" plasma TV. 1st floor also has washer/dryer and a half bath. 2 car garage and access door to house.
Lower level comes complete with 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 shared full bath/shower. Also on this floor is a large room with a leather sectional w/ power reclining seats and yet another 60" flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player. And Views again from floor to ceiling windows. Finally on this floor is a kids PLAY room with 2 bunk beds and air hockey table, flat screen TV, and WII gaming console.
Finally, on the lowest level 3rd floor you will be Blown away at the Home Theatre Room, complete with Ultra High Def 120 " Screen, Theatre quality 7.2 Dolby Digital Surround sound & Red leather seating w/ power recline for all your comforts while watching your favorite movie or game!
