Fantastic! Great location with sort walk right to the beach and we could see and hear the ocean from the house. For our party of 10 we had plenty of room. It was clean, well stocked, and even had a great "playroom." Checkin was easy as was making the reservation. Will definately go back to this home.

Great house and location

This house is right on the beach and has views of both the ocean and Alsea bay bridge. It is between Newport and Yachats so easy to access both areas. The house is great and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the playroom. The house is larger than listed. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Excellent property for 2 families

We loved staying here! We had 2 families, each with two teens and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Location right on the beach was fabulous; lovely views and awesome to walk out the back door into the sand.

Great Beachfront Property

Everything with this property was fantastic and as advertised! John was very communicative, and our entire stay was fantastic. Would certainly stay again or recommend this spot to others. Can’t beat the truly beachfront location!
