The front desk gentleman was amazing. Helped us find food. Super helpful and friendly. He made are stay better.
I didn't like anything, The property was run down, TV didn't work room was dated, bathroom had water stains, toilet seat was broke, for the price it was not worth the stay.
The restaurant was closed without notice. Our room was ready 30 minutes after check in time. Front desk was not accommodating.
Views from the property are good. Instead of serving breakfast, they are handing out to-go bags with a donut and some fruit snack cup which we weren't expecting.
The location was splendid - lovely water front view Didn't like other guests door slamming at 6am

THE BED ARE GREAT except for the next morning we discovered 2 bed bugs on 1 of the beds. We reported it, they were going to assign us 2 other rooms with full refunds, except the Head Maint. guy said no, & we had to leave & find another motel IMMEDIATELY. We did luckily for 1 night, & The Adobe in Yachats, which was far SUPERIOR to the ALSI MOTEL. Needless to say, we wouldn't stay there again.
Great value, spectacular location! Right in the heart of everything. I am sad I didn't know about this place before!
Nice to be in a neighborhood not next to HWY 101. Quiet rooms.

While our room was warm the reception and dining rooms were cold. The hallways were also drafty and cold. The beds in our room were against the walls with one against the heat ducts. Otherwise, our room was alright.
We always enjoy our stay here. It isn't right in the ocean but it's close enough for us to get there quickly and yet far enough away to stay out of the traffic
Not bad for price paid. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. About a 1-1 1/2 block walk to beach access. Rooms felt modern yet a bit dated. No air condition or fridge room in room. Bathroom is small but easily fits a larger person.
We had out of town guests coming over 4th of July and needed last minute reservations. Most hotels were full or charging double rates. This one had 2 rooms for a very reasonable price We had bay front views of the fireworks right from our room plus nice water front fire-pits and picnics tables to use out of the wind yet an easy walk to the actual ocean. The staff was very flexible & helpful adjusting our rooms as our plans changed. We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel much nicer and more updated than we expected from the pictures.
This property was a special place in it's hay day and could be again! It needs a lot of attention inside and out...from landscaping to new furniture and fixtures. The room was clean, but very worn. I hope the owner's plan to remodel and restore the property.
