This cottage has a bedroom with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom.

This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong.

It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
