We had once stayed here and it was good. Now it seems that major renovations are due. Rooms felt outdated and dirty. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it is certainly lacking in many ways.

For the price this was a great place to stay- bang for buck. Staff were over accomodating and super friendly. I travelled with mum and forgot to ask for the sofa bed too. We asked for sheets to make it upourselves but they insisted that they make it up for us and did. Great spot, close access to everthing but in a quieter part of town. Gave the real holiday vibe.

We got the 3 bedroom family suite. The only good thing was the beds were ok. The oven doesn't go, there were no baking tins, only one stovetop pan. There were no cloths or washing liquid, a overused washing brush and we had to ask for toilet paper after we arrived. For the price nearly $300 for the night, we expected the in-room amenities to be available. The main bedroom had water leaking all through the wardrobe on the carpet, from the shower on the other side of the wall. Will not stay again with our family, we had to "improvise" far too much even just for one night.

Our room had not been cleaned properly. There was dust around the walls, on surfaces and behind the bathroom door. One of the drapes was coming off the runner and the small blind over the small window was broken. The carpet from the entry way to our room was in desperate need of a vacuum. All the walls had scuff marks. The staff were not very welcoming.

Staff was nice. Room was dirty. Trash was in the bin when I arrived. Fridge was broken and smelly. Other guests were loud and running around the hall. Bathroom was really dirty with dust and dirt everywhere. Bed was old and uncomfortable. It was fine but I won’t be back.

Room smelled bad ... No proper duvet with a cover...instead just blankets and a sheet? Bedside table and lamp very dusty. Nowhere to hang wet towels in the bedroom. Kitchen closed until 7.45 am far too late. Dishes are dirty. . Shower hooks broken cant hang clothes or shampoo. General sense of uncleanliness e.g., surfaces walls etc. No expectations around after hours quiet time - other guests were loud all night and there were no signs about when they should be quiet or a number for us to call and complain. Overall not a relaxing stay wouldnt recommend

No one at reception between 10 and 2. Difficult for arriving or departing. If a staff member can be found luggage can be stored in the downstairs dormatory room. Rooms large with airconditioning, balconies out onto residential streets, tea and coffee making, good wifi, communal kitchen had boxes saying creamer but nothing in them, plenty of power sockets, was possible to persuade staff to order taxis etc but took effort. Seemed to have plenty of parking, easy to find on a major road a few hundred meters from the park in one direction and the beech in another with various nearby shops. Can be very expensive if there's an event in town, service ought to be better when that happens.
