We are thrilled to announce the completion of our condo's remodel in January 2025—everything in the unit is brand new! The property offers one private parking spot, with additional off-street parking available. Located on the second floor, the unit features easy access to a locked laundry room with washer and dryer units just down the hall. Enjoy the property's amenities, including a pool, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining seating near the pool area.

Our unit is uniquely positioned at the end of the building, with only one neighboring unit to the left, ensuring added privacy. This side of the complex is also the closest to the ocean, offering stunning views. Along the sea wall, you’ll find rocky areas where turtles are often seen grazing. From November to April, humpback whales migrate from Alaska to give birth and rebreed, and our balcony provides the perfect vantage point to witness these majestic creatures.

The condo is within walking distance to Maui’s longest beach and the Maalaea Harbor, where you can catch the ferry to Lanai or join snorkeling tours and sunset cruises. Conveniently located, you’ll find a Starbucks around the corner and the Harbor Shopping Center, which boasts three restaurants, shopping options, a fast-food chain, a gas station, and Maui’s only aquarium.

This centrally located unit is ideal for travelers looking to explore all corners of the island while enjoying a comfortable and convenient home base.

This place is very nice and convenient. It’s very clean, modern. There’s a water purification machine, which was great for our party. The view is priceless! We watched whales and plenty of Honu. It’s close to the harbor where you can catch whale watching tours, visit the aquarium. Now few things to be aware of;Laundry is confusing based of the listing. There’s no washer-dryer in the unit but there’s a small laundromat that takes cardThe first night there was a 3-4 hr power outage. We had flashlights, so we managed by ordering high priced food deliveryWorst part of the unit is the neighbors. I believe there are some property owners living in the building, who don’t want short-term rentals. So they go above and beyond to complain to the property manager. Based on our experience, Maui residents are the less friendly ones across the islands, but these people flat out accuse you of things. Breanna was great handling these and I felt bad for her, because I’m sure they do and will do the same to others. Overall an unforgettable stay, minus the nuisance of the neighbors

Great, quiet location on the water. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai listening to the waves and watching sea turtles pop their heads above the water.
