This condo is a peaceful retreat where you can hear the ocean waves from your king size bed and queen size Italian sofa sleeper. The uniquely positioned south facing balcony over the ocean allows you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views! Comfortably located on the 3rd floor, this private condo with elevator access is in a low traffic area in the quiet one-of-a-kind paradise of Maalaea Bay. Included is also one assigned covered parking spot, available guest parking, and as an end unit there is only one other door past yours. Want to stay cool? We have AC and the unique trade winds here provide cooler temperatures during humidity. Nestle in your beachfront stay here with a book from our little onsite library by the pool and make yourself at home with our poolside BBQ's where you can picnic steps from the ocean on our grassy lawn. Take a quick dip in our oceanfront heated pool, harbored baby beach. Haycraft is our quiet little beach at the end of the cul de sac; be sure to check it out enjoy the 5-mile uninterrupted stretch of beach from Maalaea to Sugar Beach in Kihei as a great morning stroll with the sunrise as your backdrop!

Enjoy the majestic views of Haleakala Volcano, Molokini Island, Kahoolawe Island, the west Maui mountains, turtles, and the rare opportunity to whale watch right from your lanai (in whale season around November-April).

The Maalaea Village is a quick 4 minute walk (0.2 miles) from the condo and hosts shopping, dining, and rental gear options along with a variety of whale watching and snorkeling tours daily. Perfect for a relaxing vacation

This was perfect for my mom (86) and me. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, watching the tour boats come and go. We decided on the boat we liked to best, and booked a tour it was wonderful, just a 2-minute walk to where we get on the boat. We loved the general store nearby, the Ocean Center was great, and all the little shops. It's a beautiful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists, but a good location to go on day trips all over the island. Definitely a thumbs up. And it really is a beautiful as the photos promise. Amazing place!

Exactly what we were hoping for

This condo was everything we were hoping for in our stay in Maui. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and dishes to cook our own food. And the view from the balcony was incredible. The condo is directly adjacent to the harbor of Maalaea where you can catch whale-watching tours. And it is centrally located to everything else on the island. The advertised A/C works, but not great. And it makes the balcony (our favorite part of the condo) hot and noisy. But this was not an issue for us- there are screens on all the windows and the building is situated to make the most of the breeze. After a disappointing A/C performance, we opened everything up and the breeze kept it cool and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves.

Great place and centrally located to go anywhere

Place was beautiful and view was amazing. Having coffee each morning on the lanai, checking out the marina was a nice start to the day especially when the whales were kind enough to entertain us in the bay. Location is perfectly situated for accessing highways for each day of exploring.

Property had fantastic views & was very clean! Was all we needed for our mother -daughter trip. The only downside was the surrounding area didn’t have much going on. There was a general store, a few shops and a couple restaurants that closed pretty early, so if you wanted to do anything, you had to drive. The condo could have used a few more bath towels. The beach towels were small & thin. There was no Keurig or blender. I had a hard time reaching the property manager but eventually found out she had some health issues so was understandable.

Perfect studio for couple

Amazing studio with southern view from the deck over looking ocean. Rite in the middle of Maui so we accessed the south side beaches and hikes on the north side. Place was well stocked for cooking at home, and overall property was calm and quiet. Short jog to long Beach for extended morning and sunset walks. TV was also great with Netflix account, cable and options to sign in for Amazon prime, etc. small market next door was closed for renovation but bigger stores only 10 min drive away.

A beautiful place with a stunning view!

We really enjoyed our stay at Holly's place! This is the nicest place we've ever stayed at by far. The place is immaculate and had everything we needed! It is beautiful! The place is within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Also, walking distance to several excursions off the water. The best part is the beautiful view off of the Linai! You can see the huge turtles playing in the water. It"s a wonderful quiet community! We definitely hope to stay at Holly's again! We highly recommend it!.
