We rarely post reviews, regardless of our experience as everyone has a different set of standards. However, this is our 10th visit to Hali'i Kai and our first in 14D, all have gone to plan except in this unit. The unit changed hands in August, the carpet was changed but nothing else in this tired unit, then thrown into the rental pool apparently. I sent multiple emails to Hawaii Luxury RE during our stay, just to alert them to follow ups needed for the backed up disposal, dryer venting into the interior, shower door water stripping hanging by a thread, internet outage, and a few other basic expectations that usually are no brainers. Never heard back from anyone. Lastly, the generic email for check-out time is incorrect. It states 4pm, which mirrors the check-in time. Hard to beat location, but somebody needs to step up their game.
