Sentirás que estás en un PARAÍSO TROPICAL cuando pones un pie dentro de este HERMOSO CONDOMINIO. Esta unidad del segundo piso tiene una
GRAN ENVOLVENTE ALREDEDOR DE LANAI que da a los JARDINES OCEANOS y TROPICALES. Los soles son magníficos! Disfrute de una cena en el lanai grande que cuenta con una mesa para 6 y una barbacoa. En el otro lado de la terraza, hay una cómoda área de asientos para conversar con un sofá, dos sillas giratorias, una mesa de centro y un salón. Los jardines alrededor del complejo y la piscina son exuberantes y hermosos.
Palmeras, plumeria e hibiscus son solo algunas de las hermosas plantas ejemplares. Hay una gran piscina climatizada con dos piscinas calientes que se encuentran en un entorno de jardín.

La cocina está muy bien equipada con utensilios de cocina de alta gama y coloridos platos Fiesta. Hermosas encimeras de granito, pisos de piedra y electrodomésticos más nuevos que incluyen un refrigerador de dos puertas con agua filtrada y hielo en la puerta, lavaplatos y estufa de vidrio. También hay un horno de pared Bosch y microondas Bosch. Una nueva lavadora y secadora se instaló en abril de 2018. Para los electrodomésticos pequeños encontrará una licuadora, olla arrocera, plancha para hacer gofres, olla de barro, tostadora y máquina de café espresso. Disfruta de la nueva televisión inteligente de 50 ", el reproductor de DVD y un nuevo estéreo bluetooth. La vista desde esta habitación es espectacular, con ventanas de piso a techo en dos lados. Techos muy altos y ventiladores de techo están en todas las habitaciones para aprovechar las brisas tropicales.

El dormitorio principal tiene un colchón nuevo en la cama tamaño king, muebles nuevos y TV inteligente. El segundo dormitorio tiene una nueva cama queen size. Los colchones son todos de primera línea y extremadamente cómodos con lujosas sábanas. También está disponible una nueva cuna portátil si viaja con una pequeña.

El baño principal es hermoso! Recientemente remodelado y tiene una gran ducha de azulejos con ducha de lluvia y de mano, 2 lavamanos, gabinetes nuevos y hermosas piedras. Tiene la sensación y el aspecto de un spa tropical. Fuera del segundo dormitorio hay otro baño totalmente remodelado con una gran ducha de azulejos. El tocador entre la entrada y la sala de estar es conveniente para los huéspedes. Este condominio se siente más como en casa que un condominio. Todas las habitaciones son ricas en colores y cuentan con arte local de la isla.

Perfect Condo in Waikoloa

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed and quiet condo. Located close to beach, shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and friendly. We will stay definitely stay there again.

Great stay on the Big Island

Great location and had enough room for the family. Very comfortable place, allows you to feel relaxed and very easy to get the flow of things. Beautiful area with lots of sunshine, and beaches on this side of the island. We used it as a homebase to explore the rest of the island.

Spring Getaway

What an awesome condo! It had everything! Perfect location for exploring the Kohala coast. We had the best family getaway after a long snowy winter in Alaska. Every beach we explored was great and it was so nice coming “home” to our tropical condo to enjoy the sunsets on the amazing lanai!

Back at the Vistas

We have traveled to the big Island quite a bit over the last 20 years. We have been staying at the Vistas for the past 15 years and love this location and the complex. This unit is one of our favorites that we have stayed in. It’s well equipped with beach gear, kitchen stuff and even cocktail shakers and glasses. We can’t wait to return and hope to stay in this unit again!

The condo is located close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and beautiful beaches. It’s on the second floor and there is an elevator. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of beach toys, towels, and an ice chest on wheels. You have a peek of the ocean from the lani and living room. The kitchen is well equipped. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!

This property is just plain amazing. It had everything. Beach equipment, plenty of towels, more kitchen stuff then we have at home, quality art and decor that really captures the island vacation feel, and easy access A-Bay, shopping and more. Beach Headquarters

As a Grandma and Grandpa, we took our 17 year old granddaughter and her friend to the big island for a beach vacation. The condo proved to be in an excellent location for them to explore many popular and other more remote beaches along the coast! A new beach every day. The condo itself is beautiful. Amazing attention to detail in every aspect.

Wonderful experience

We had a great stay at the Vista Waikoloa. The condo is lovely, clean and updated. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and snorkeling equipment. The condo was quiet and the pool and BBQ were close by. The nearest beach (A-Bay) was very nice. It was a bit of a walk from the condo or a couple minute drive. There was always plenty of parking at the beach. I highly recommend this condo for those looking to stay in Waikoloa!

This lovely vacation home was exactly what we hoped for. Amazing kitchen that was fully stocked with spices and stables like sauces, sugar, flour... Excellent appliances, juicer, blender etc. We used the grill at the common area which was clean and easy. The bathrooms were lovely, lots of towels and amenities. Lots of books, beach chairs etc. Great location! Easy walk to shops, beach, Marriott, Hilton. Looking forward to a return trip.

Puiwa…an amazement

Kona is Puiwa! The beautiful condo was a perfect location to launch our adventures. It had all the amenities we needed! 2 bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms were perfect for 2 couples. A gorgeous upgraded kitchen. Beach chairs and umbrellas for lazy days on Kona’s amazing beaches! Sunsets on the lanai were incredible. The location allowed us easy access to Volcanoes National Park as well as other parts of the island. Totally recommend this condo…5 Stars!

Perfection

This was by far the nicest condo I've stayed in in 30 years of coming to Waikoloa. Everything was so homey and comfortable. The decor and appointments are lovely, everything you could possibly need and the kitchen was mind-blowing. Every appliance and pot and dish imaginable. A drawer full of spices and the fridge full of condiments. Now I'm so spoilied, I can't imagine staying any where else.

Amazing condo in Waikoloa

We completely enjoyed our stay in this gem of a condo! Everything was amazing, from the easy communication with Dorothy before and during our stay. The unit was gorgeous inside and out, in a great location, and the complex was quiet. The inside had been recently updated and very nicely done. We were welcomed with some snacks and a nice bottle of wine, and a note welcoming us into the home. It was so nice to brew a cup of coffee in the fantastically furnished kitchen, then sit on the lanai and just enjoy. We definitely recommend staying her and thank Dorothy for the unit and for being an excellent host!

Wonderful VRBO Experience! Highly Recommend!

Just recently stayed at Dorothy's condo in Waikoloa and it was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. It was fully stocked with everything you would need for a comfy vacation including any cooking supply you would need (we ate a lot of meals at the condo), beach gear including snorkeling and boogie boards, and a convenient parking spot literally right in front of the unit. There is also a washer and dryer which made it easy to pack light. The location is perfect. A few blocks from the beach, a few blocks from the Hilton or Marriott and a few blocks from the Kings and Queens shopping areas with lots of restaurants. We walked to everything in the resort. The unit is super clean and decorated with a fun Hawaiian flair. Overall, 5-star stay and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on the Big Island.

Exploring the Big Island

Dorothy’s condo is gorgeous and comfortable. She communicated directly through email and made herself available for any questions. Everything was well stocked from the towels (lots of bathroom AND beach towels) to kitchen supplies (we made a lot of our own meals at the condo) to board games (my daughter loves Scrabble so it was nice to get a quick game in when we had a minute). The pool and hot tub were beautiful and we went in at some point every day. They were almost always empty! It was a perfect size for two couples (my parents came with us) and two kids (they slept on the pull out couch). I would say the most ideal stay would include a family or two couples. Otherwise, this is a great location to explore the Kona side of the island. We spent time heading south and north, as well as exploring the coast locally. Overall, a great stay and we hope to come back!!

Family Christmas 2013

This was the first time we rented through VRBO and we will definitely do it again. Sylvia was so helpful. She answered all our questions before our arrival. The listing description was very accurate and the photos showed exactly what the property would be like when we arrived. The property itself was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we ever needed. The condo was a perfect size for the six of us! We really enjoyed the lanai. The sunsets from the lanai were incredible. We really liked the location of the property....only 30 minutes into Kona. Twenty minutes to the airport. We explored the entire island....took a helicopter tour, a snorkeling expedition, a trip to the Volcano National Park and probably the most spectacular, a sunrise boat trip to view the lava! We would love to return to the Big Island and would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful Condo!

A202was exactly as advertised. It had been beautifully remodeled. Very tasteful. We enjoyed spending lots of time on the lanai with our maitais. We listened to music from the nightly luaus at the Hilton across the street. It is a short walk to the Kings and Queens shops and restaurants.

Excellent location, well equipped property, responsive host

We would absolutely stay here again! This was THE best stocked/equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Lots of beach toys (for adults and kids), lots of towels, all the kitchen stuff, even generous cleaning supplies. Dorothy has shared her home away from home and is very generous about it. Beds are comfy, view is amazing, kitchen is easy to cook in and clean up. We had a couple snafus with the A/C but they were quickly resolved. Excellent Location - walk to the beach, peak-a-boo ocean view, walk to shops/restaurants (Kings and Queens Shopping center). Don't hesitate to book, you won't regret it!

A Lovely Escape

We loved every minute of our stay. The property exudes a feeling of Aloha, and truly feels like a home away from home. Dorothy was wonderful to work with, and we will repeat this stay again for certain. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity!

10 days in Paradise!

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever spent time at. Everything you could possibly need to cook with is there. The beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards & cooler were used everyday & greatly appreciated. It is walking distance to restaurants, ocean beaches & shopping. We will stay here again for sure!
