Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.

Waikoloa Beach Villas N23 is located on the second floor of the N Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. Offering views of the golf course and tropical resort landscape. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We absolutely loved our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the pool and nearby shops. As a family of six, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. One of the best perks was the included beach gear—it made our beach days super convenient and fun. The host was fantastic and very responsive. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be coming back!

N23 Waikoloa Beach Villas was Awesome

What a great place to stay, it was very spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for my husband and I and my parents. The kitchen was excellent, lots of space to work and had a few extra items that I wasn't expecting, what a bonus.The garage offered some beach chairs and pool noodles which was much appreciated. The location was superb with eazy shopping and access to the beach and the Lava Lava Beach Club Restaurant!Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend N23!

Lovely condo near everything

I stayed at the property with my 2 kids (14 and 11). We loved our stay. It was clean and really nicely decorated. The beds and the furniture were all really comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for trips to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The pool at the complex is right across from this unit and my kids loved the pool.
