Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays through December 31, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs. Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The property is better than advertised, bigger and very modern. Location is quiet and relaxing, pools are well taken care of, and the unit was well equipped. One thing I would add, the beach is further than it seems on the map, but you can walk there or drive. The Hilton pass is very nice to have. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

Our family of four was exceptionally comfortable and happy in this condo. It was stunning and had so many details thought of ahead of time. We stayed a week and had plenty of basic supplies like laundry detergent, toilet paper, cooking spray and trash bags. All the stuff I take for granted until we run out and I have to run out to buy it on my own. The condo itself was in a great location and just beautiful and cozy. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels and cute Hawaiian decor. This place seems like someone put a lot of love into decorations and caring for it. 5 stars and would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Great new find in the Waikoloa Resort Area
Loved this place!! This unit (F2) had fabulous furnishings and vibe. Wasn’t terribly happy with the mix of 2700 and 5000 warmth light bulb mixed (would be such a minimal cost to fix to 2700 / soft lights). Truly Appreciated the great instructions, laundry, and great shopping at Queens and Kings marketplaces. Mixed on the Hilton pool pass since it was generally kiddo & downscale. Future visits would not be dependent on this. Really loved the on-site pools which had great chairs, umbrellas and the pools. Nothing like being across, the street from the first-ever Island Gourmet. So impressed, would love to purchase one of these units. Great rental.

Nice place to stay. Condo was very clean and was nicely furnished. I would rent again.
Property was easy to access. Property was well maintained. Garage door opener control didn't work very well. Television didn't get good reception. Netflix should have been included in rental.

Perfect Family Friendly Condo
We had the best time at this condo! The condo looks new and beautiful, but the furniture was very kid-friendly. It was relaxing for adults and comfortable for kids. The moment we walked in we were greeted with island music, which was a fun touch! The appliances worked well and the management company was responsive with questions ahead of time. We can’t wait to book again!

Big Island holiday
We had a very nice time during our stay. Being on the ground floor was nice for the kids as they had easy access to the grounds and found other kids to play with. We enjoyed mornings on the lanai and the daily visit from the black cat. We left a shot glass as there wasn't one in the unit. The rice cooker and appliances were all in good condition and very nice to have. The garage is small...hard to park our large rental SUV. We had some parking challenges but overall, it was fine. The grounds are kept very nice and the pool was enjoyable. The property is very strict on pool toys, even if you're in the pool alone. We enjoyed our time in Puako and would stay again.
