This meticulously cared for condo features magnificent mountain and wide-open golf course views. The garage is stocked with everything essential for a fun day at the beach including a wagon, umbrella, snorkel sets, sandcastle building toys, boogie boards, and even bicycles for riding around the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
Conveniently situated amongst world-class amenities, it's a short drive to the best Kohala Coast white sand beaches, luxury resorts, dining, and shopping centers. Experience farmers markets to prepare meals enjoyed in your well-appointed condo after a day of relaxation or adventure.
The space
Both bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are on the upper level. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, smart tv, a large covered lanai with breathtaking mountain and golf course views, and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The secondary bedroom features a queen size bed, smart tv, and views of the Kohala mountain range. A laundry and linen closet are located in the hallway upstairs near the second full bathroom.
On the main level, open and spacious combined living, dining and kitchen areas provide a welcoming ambiance perfect for entertaining and relaxing. A furnished lanai with 9th fairway golf course views provides a serene place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening pau hana . A large entry way leads to the staircase, and hallway that includes a half bathroom and garage stocked your beach and outdoor equipment.
The unit is a short walk to the quieter Makai pool, that features a shallow shelf - perfect for kids, and is connected to a lagoon style main pool. The second pool, the Makai pool features a separate jacuzzi in addition to the beautiful pool with a cascading waterfall. The makai pool is next door to the gym and across from the tennis courts.
