Sheets were stained. There was only one guy working the desk and he couldn't find the person's reservation in front of us. That kept us in line for a crazy amount of time. Probably took me 30-40 minutes to check in. AC was so loud in my room. Not the normal wall unit loud, but the "something's broken" loud. The room was big so at least that.

While the rooms had recently been updated the outside area was very dirty and unwelcoming. The room had recently been cleaned but the scent of cleaner was over powering. The bathroom itself also had a cockroach in the shower curtain and the toilet was running the entire time.
