Gave this location a second chance to redeem itself. My girlfriend and I visited this hotel in early June and were not happy with our stay. Spent this past weekend there. (My birthday) worst weekend ever!!!!

The property was beautiful, staff was friendly, and location was great. I only gave 4 stars because of two small issues. First, when I checked in I asked not to be on the side close to the freeway. I’d read in previous reviews it gets loud, and they were right. My 9 year old granddaughter woke up and said she couldn’t sleep because of the cars. Secondly, my room was never cleaned. We left early Friday to go to Waco Surf, we were gone all day and when we got back the trash hadn’t been taken out, bed wasn’t made, and no fresh towels. I tried to called down to the desk but the phones weren’t working properly. Even with these issues we had a great time, met some awesome people, and the kids loved the pool area. I would definitely give them a second chance and stay again.

We loved our stay at Element! It was very clean, spacious, quiet, breakfast was great, and the hotel amenities were nice! The lobby has a nice large sitting area to enjoy the provided beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes, coffee, water, etc. We were impressed with the cleanliness. Would highly recommend staying here when in the Waco area! Bonus that it's very close to Magnolia Table, which we also thoroughly enjoyed. Great experience, friendly staff, great stay!

Horrible check in.... clerk couldnt find a toom to assign. Called for help. Help came and checked in 2 other guests before helping the original clerk. Said he was upgrading me but in reality, my room was a downgrade. I won't go back.
