I can't say enough about this hotel. I booked it because we were catching a ferry the next morning to Skopeles. It was so easy to find and the man on the desk was amazing. We were worried about where we could park our car for a few days and he said right here beside the hotel. He also said they would make us a boxed breakfast for the ferry as we had to leave before the breakfast started. Our room was really nice... Modern and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel for sure... Everything went smoothly for our stay.

The property phoned us , as we were running late due to our delayed ferry. Our reception was first class as was all our interactions with the staff. A very bright and clean hotel in a cracking spot in Volos

Overnight stay.

Overnight stay before early morning ferry. Rooms are basic but very clean and have all you need. Staff were efficient and friendly. Good evidence of covid prevention measures in place. Very convenient for port and about 1km from bus station. Good value for the price.

I was at philipos htl 26 august. I had a very bad experience at the htl reception.very bad customer service. We also had a not good experience during the breakfast. The variety of food was very bad and the quality was not good either.there was no toaster nor was the patries were stale. We cancelled the breakfast for the 2nd and 3rd of sept and they told us it was ok. Our money was not refunded and we paid the breafast extra. We were told that we have to inform you of the refund.i sm still waiting for the refund.please look at this complaint and let me know.what i did like was that its clean the rooms were sml but clean. At reception their was a man who was very friendly.

Basic and clean, just right for what we needed. It's quiet. Close to everything, bus/train station, shops, marina, restaurants, etc. But then again, most of 'downtown' Volos is walkable.

Friendly welcome, clean and very handy fo both the port and the bus station. Very obliging and a great breakfast. Staff let us leave luggage the next day until after lunch. Great place for a stocpover.
