We thought the hotel had A/C and were very disappointed it fid not. There is no way a hotel should every be rated 5 stars without AC. Also there was a dirty light switch plate by the foor and the shower door track connections were rusty and full of hair - disgusting looking actually. The bar by the beach has very limited seating and even less with shade. The hotel pushes too hard to have you reserve for dinner when they are not even full. Breakfast buffet was fantastic however.
