Safe and friendly staff, food options and quality not good
Room is clean. nice beach views. Hotel staff friendly But Infrastructure and management needs to get better. Cards stopped working frequently. very inconvenient. had to go to lobby multiple times to reprogram it. Printer is not accessible. you got to email documents, then lobby would print them. Every time you go to collect print out, you have to stand in line ..that is time consuming and inconvenient. Food Buffet, they got lot of options but taste can be better. some of the indian food i tried, honestly small hotels would do better job.
It was excellent. Prices and comfort +convenience are comparable to US standards.
Very nice luxury hotel, comfortable with great ocean views from the room. All the staff is very courteous, very helpful and prompt.Areas where there are steps there are no signs warnig them and there are no siderails. It will be helpfuf to have them for older people like myself with not so good vision.The access to the beach is not convenient but possible. Weekends the beach area is little bit noisy with music playing from loud speakers ( which is common in India). The hotel has a very nice restaurant with good menu.Again the staff in the restaurant are very nice and prompt.The hotel has an adequate business center with computers and other necessary facilities.Overall I enjoyed my staff at the hotel very much and I recommend the hotel without any reservation.
