It takes 300 by Auto to reach from Airport. Sleeping quality is good. Food in restaurant is tasty. The travel desk managed by chaitanya is excellent and understanding customer's need. The service/ attention to needs of customers is amazing. Its' best hotel because of their serving attitude to the guests. They understand and quickly attends to your needs. Food cost in restaurant is also quite economical. I definitely recommend this hotel for all.

Hi Team BWR, There was requirement for me to be in Vizag for three weeks on official duty. I have chosen to stay at BWR, Gajuwaka, view being familiar with the BWR staff during many visits in the past. Though, this is my first stay at BWR, unlike oither hotels, BWR needs to gear up seriously to meet the specific and general requirement sof customers. My review intends to highlight the areas BWR, Gajuwaka needs to focus for improvisation and does not hold any complaints against anybody. Apart from the conventional good good review, this review is a whistle blower to the management to go-Ahead and take decisions on a faster track. Following observed during my last 10 days:- 1. Fitness Center: One will agree with me that, in todays world, the degree of importance given to fitness is of goes without discussion. The exisiting fitness infrastrcture at BWR, Gajuwaka is outdated as it does not cover all aspects of specific work outs. This infrastructure needs improvisation by replacement. I have personally suggessted to Mr Mukesh and Mr Srikanth to put up this point to the management. Further, the maintainance of the Fitness room is not being carried out, as its smeeling of fungus/ foul odour. 2. Service: Certain by default services and items which are supposed to be available in the Hotel Room are missing. Same are being reminded by the custome to reception staff for its availability. This should not be allowed to happen. For example, my room was not provided with fruit basket, Cookies, Dry Fruits, Foot Wear for Was Room, Adequate toiletaries, No HD Channels in the subscribed channels, substandard door mat for was room, no hair drier, comb etc. I am being specific, as my intension is to make you all aware that the customer should not bother about all these small issues. Further, its very difficult to keep asking each and more of such basic but very essential requirements with the BWR staff whilst we are preparing for the daily buisness or appointments. I am sure the BWR staff at Gajuwaka has suffient No. of personnel to handle this kind of deficiency to ensure comfortable stay, instead of hearing from your Staff everytime I come across "Sir, How are you? Are you comfortable?". 3. Quality of Food. I am sure the Cheff hired has been doing a commendable job since a coule of years I have known hi personally. However, there are certain receipies which needs improvisation in the "Buffet". II always used to prefer Ala-kate and would have very few times opted for Buffet due to the simple reason I personally feel that, most of the dishes are prepared as if there was no time and the dish has to be on the Buffet table or the Cheff is ignoring certain Modus of Operandi in preparation of the same. I found most of the Buffet dishes, beat continental, Chinese or Indian/Moglai lacked focused preparation, as some would taste of raw masala which would affect the preceeding day of the customer. I hope, the dedication displayed by the Cheff in the Ala-kat menu is also shown in preparation of Buffet dishes. 4. Spa. The services at spa can be marked as average. BWR must employ more qualified Therapist. Again communication of BWR reception staff failed/is not appreciated towards arranging appointment of the Therapist with the customer leading to the inconvenience of the customer at the end. 5. Distinction. Finally would like to conclude that, a customer staying in the Hotel should be offered a distinctive treatment of hospitality by the BWR whether its restaurent, Fitness center, Spa area etc staff so as to make his stay more comfortable. Instead, the customer who is committed to stay in the hotel with is being neglected at time, may due to the inadequate instructions by the BWR staff to the lower management and personnel on ground. In the absence of improper communication and inadequate clarity as to how to provide special attention to the customers residing at BWR, Gajuwaka, inconvenience at the cost of the oprice paid is bound to affect the customer resulting in such lenghty review. I would like to make a mention that General Manager to look into the review issues brought out above for a suitabel action. Intervention by the GM only can change the exisiting trend at BWR, Gajuwaka WIshing BWR, Gajuwaka speedy improvements Success and bright future. KPS
I stayed in this hotel during my short trip to Visakhapatnam. It is conveniently located from airport. The staff was very polite and cooperative. Rooms are neat and clean. Food was nice. Breakfast has variety, but there is scope for improvement.
We have stayed in Best Western Ramachandra as we have chosen vishakhapatnam as one of our stops during our road travel from Mausynram (Meghalaya) to Kerala as part of our Discovery network work. We had a relaxing stay over there. Hotel staffs, especially Vijay was very cordial and all the staffs are courteous. The service is of top quality. The location of this hotel is very good for road travellers as it is very close to NH5 . Also it is near to the airport. Overall standard of this hotel is very high and maintain the three star hotel quality. Last but not the least, the food quality is also very good. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone as the room tariffs are also reasonable.
We stayed here on a quick visit to Vizag. The property is in the bustling suburb of vizag (gajuwaka). The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable with all the necessary items included. The breakfast in the morning is awesome spread of south indian and western items, we loved it!. The hotel is practical for sightseeing, shopping and also close to the airport. There are many malls, shopping complexes and eateries with in walk able distance of this hotel.
The Hotel is located in Gajuwaka which is ideal for those who have work in areas in and around Gajuwaka. Overall the property is ideal for a Business Traveller providing a good Breakfast spread and maintaining cleanliness.
I stayed here for 5 nights during Aug'17 on a business trip and following is my quick review of this property. 5 stars for good tasty food at affordable prices and wonderful staff attitude - interacting and taking care of customer requirements regularly. Mr. Prabhat at restaurant and Mr.Hema Sundar at front office needs mention here. 4 stars for location-closer to pharma city and other industries. 3 stars for in room amenities (or lack of it) you expect from hotels at this price point and lack of deep cleaning of single seat sofa. (This is the only area of improvement for this lovely property).
This was my first stay here and I booked 5 rooms for friends wedding... Frankly I didnt had much expectations and thought it would be just another stay at a 3star hotel... But from the moment I stepped to the time I checked out , the service levels are top notch and equivalent to that of 5 star properties.... The staff are genuinely concerned about the cusomers and are always happy to help with a smile. rooms are spacious and they had a salon too with reasonable pricing and again with excellent service. This property surely stands out for their hospitality... One of my best stay....
Nice hotel. Good room. Good staff. Good food. Reasonably priced. Only problem i encountered was the wifi would mot work. The hotel is situated at Gajuwaka which is hardly 20 min drive feom the airport.
