My husband and I stayed a week. It is a very cute house! Close to the beach. Host provides public parking pass which was nice. The hot tub appeared new and was very enjoyable the few times we got to use it. Unfortunately it rained the first three days of our stay! Kitchen is fully appointed with everything you’d need to make meals. The cameras all around the exterior of the house were excessive in our opinion. Also, we’ve never been instructed to take the trash cans (filled with the last guest’s trash) to the street on trash day at places we’ve stayed at before, but it was fine; we didn’t mind. I guess the only thing that’s important to know about this property is it is noisy around the clock as it sits on a very busy street that gets traffic (loud motorcycles!) around the clock. The jets overhead are constant but you do get used to it and they stop at night. But don’t worry too much about the noise; you’re going to be outdoors enjoying the beach and surrounding areas! The hosts were pleasant and responsive. To summarize: The house is beautiful, with lovely exposed brick and pretty accents all around. We will definitely stay again! Thanks, Oren & Camille!

This is a beautiful property and the location amazing!! A short walk from the beach, you can enjoy all the boardwalk has to offer. There was even people selling fresh fruit at the store next door!! We plan on making this our VA Beach spot every time. The best hosts ever!

Best vacation EVER!

I really enjoyed my stay with my family! Beautiful home and close enough to walk to the beach. Located right in the middle of all the fun! They really go above and beyond at the beach bungalow. They had everything you could possibly need and it was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will be coming back! Thanks for making it so great to make memories for my family and I!

Nothing could be better about The Break on 22nd! I was looking for a modern beach bungalow style home for our family trip to Va Beach, and that is exactly what I found, and more! This cottage is more spacious than its size may indicate with every square foot given thoughtful detail. The home’s elegant, yet cozy vibe made for a super comfortable stay. The convenience to the oceanfront and all the attractions of the area made learning the landscape a breeze. The chalkboard recommendations served as a checklist of restaurants and sites making creation of our itinerary a snap. Nice touch! If my travels bring me back to Va Beach, I would not hesitate to book this home again! Thank you!

Great accommodations and host was great.

The only trouble was that the VRBO app was not working on my phone. So check in was delayed. However our host immediately remedied the situation and met is at the house. We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room and everything that we needed.
