The crop land is rented to a local farmer and depending on season/weather he may be farming the land.

Please note: We have made the hard decision to no longer allow children under the age of 10 and pets after several irresponsible owners- sorry for any inconvenience.
We do NOT have a T.V but we do have WIFI and board games!

For your peace of mind, we highly recommend opting for our damage protection insurance to cover any accidental damages during your stay.
When using the sauna, please remember to lock the door securely after use. An unlocked door may be whipped open by the wind, causing damage.

We absolutely love this place! We stay in a lot of Vrbos and this is the only one that we have returned to more than once. We are especially impressed with the upgraded deck, and the addition of the outdoor sauna. Everything is impeccably well stocked and beautifully taken care of. We will be back.

Not much else to add that the 70 other reviews haven't touched on. All the other reviews are spot-on. This is a beautiful property where you can go to escape - gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside, super clean cabin, just about anything you may need is already supplied. This was our first Vrbo rental, and it may have ruined any future ones as it is now the gold-standard that all other rentals will have to measure up to.

Perfect for those looking to be secluded and experience quiet

Incredible time of quiet, listening to birds, seeing deer and groundhogs. You didn't hear anything except wind blowing and birds chirping.Hot tub was amazing, and outdoor shower was the best thing we've ever done! It was hot in seconds and fun to shower outside, even with the cool breeze. Sauna was nice though we did not take full advantage, but used it a couple times.Flat top grill was perfect for every single meal and kitchen was fully stocked, though that meant not a single cabinet or space was available for our food/snacks that we brought so we had to leave all our stuff in our bins. The deck was great for meals and evening relaxing times.Beds were comfortable, though it was slightly hot upstairs in the loft. A little extra air conditioning took care of that. Wi-fi held up great for our needs. Every drawer was full of extra linens so no shortage there.An incredible time, and we hope to be back!
