Love staying here. First time staying at a Kempinski hotel and it has been wonderful. The staff is amazing. The included breakfast buffet is great. They even pack you a breakfast to-go box when you check out early before their breakfast dining area is open. Will definitely come back and stay here again if given the opportunity to come back to Vilnius. The location is right in center of town too.
From the minute I stepped in until I left, the hotel staff went far and beyond their duties to make my stay the best stay in Vilnius. And, the succeeded. I was very impressed and I would stay at Kempinski again many times. Thank you for a superb customer experience. My son will love the little flag! :)
Among the top 5-star hotels in Lithuania and in my opinion among the best visited in the Baltic area. The rooms are up to the highest expectations and will not disappoint even the most critical. the "Telegrafas" restaurant offers incredible menus thanks to the Spanish chef who directs it. I recommend it 100%!
We stayed there for a night to celebrate our engagement, and we were let down by the staff on multiple occasions on such short visit, all the details agreed upon previously in the emails were ignored. Then they would realise it and give us phone call to apologize for the mistake, then they would make another mistake and apologise again. There was just a constant feeling that these people are unreliable because everything that my fiance asked them to do was not done. As we've purchased a special 'romantic weekend' offer, our check-out time was listed as 3pm - so we thought we would enjoy the spa downstairs. As we were getting ready to go to the spa, they called us and said we must check out now. When we said we have a romantic package, they said it does not apply for the hotel in Vilnius (like, what?). Then they called us again in 5 minutes to apologise and confirm that yes, our check-out time does say 3pm, but this weekend is super busy for them, so we need to check out at 12:00, standard time. So we felt kind of robbed really, because it was an expensive package for something that totally was not worth it. The cherry on top was when we did go down to check out, and the administrator confused the deposit amount we paid at arrival and we had to ASK for our deposit back. So far the worst stay at a 5 star hotel, as we have been to other 5 star hotels before, and this one was a complete let down, I'm afraid.
We had 5 nights in this hotel and it was all brilliant. The location is perfect - you can easily walk to all the main sites of interest in Vilnius. The staff were excellent, and couldn't do enough to help, without being at all pushy. We had a view of the cathedral and a balcony to go out and people watch on the square. The spa facilities were amazing - we went every day. The spa was quiet, so you really felt relaxed there. Free water bottles, towels and robes as well. Vegan breakfast as well, with a choice of soya, almond or rice milk and a variety of fruit, cereal and toast etc. Would go back again with no doubt.
I was looking for spa facilities in the city's old town for a massage session. I went in with high expectations, they were certainly met and exceeded! The staff, from receptionists to massage therapists, were professional, friendly. Everything was very well organised. The spa zone and atmosphere was cozy, warm and inviting. And not to mention the 'Intraceuticals' products were amazing!!! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS!!!!!
Exceptional hotel, one of the best ever we have experienced. The location is fantastic next to the cathedral. People in reception were extremely kind, and made us feel at home. They helped out with any questions or issues we had, and gave recommendiations about places to visit and eat, and directions. The breakfast was amazing and the waiting staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean every day. The small touches and attention to detail of the staff make the hotel exceptional. We would definitely be back again.
Vilnius should be proud of having such a Masterpiece. Entering the hotel lobby for the first time, I have finally understood Cameron's effort to introduce viewers to Titanic luxury - you get the same level of excitement during your fist moments at Kempinski. You also unwillingly recall Borat's film - getting into the elevator you realize that it is larger than a standard room in Paris. The rooms , meals, spa, etc. are in no need of describing and are above and beyond.
I checked in on Sunday 11th of March for a night and I must say everything was perfect. The hotel is great and the location is perfect. The staff is very helpful and the restaurant amazing - and let's not forget the very knowledgeable Somelier. I really recommend this property should anyone plan to stay in Vilnius!
Cant speak highly enough of how lovely this Hotel is. Every member of staff we came across were amazingly friendly and attentive in every area, front des, bar/restaurant/Spa/Cleaning staff. They made the stay that little more special. Our room was very classy, very very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, and we had an amazing view of cathedral square and a nice little balcony to stand on and watch the world go by. The breakfast was an extensive and varied buffet all prepared beautifully. And alongside this is an included al a carte menu also with various dishes to choose from, All phenomenally good as well, i recommend the traditional Lithuanian breakfast. The location is also perfect, close to great museums, the park and the rest of old town. Finally great value for money for the class of hotel. Oh one last point also, the female lounge pianist playing in the afternoon on Thursday played beautifully. Don't hesitate to stay here, cant imagine there is a better hotel in Vilnius.
