way overpriced, thru expedia, but not their fault. contact them directly for a fair price. seemed like a number of ppl live in the rental condos, while others are tourists. pull out couch mattress was old and dirty, linens for it were old too. cleanliness for this bed was questionable. you get towels, but no soaps. free parking was convenient. owner manager was friendly and helpful. a good place conveniently located near the autostrada if it suits you for what it is. nothing fancy for sure!
