Wonderful place to stay for family. We'll be back!

We booked the quadruple room and the first room they gave us was dirty and unacceptable. They then gave us another room that was smaller, but clean and comfortable. One of the front desk clerks was very impolite, so we made a complaint with the manager. The manager was very gracious and gave us a new 2-room suite and offered free dinner. The property is amazing and our kids loved it. The complementary breakfast was also very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back again. Score of 5 for the manager who recognized the shortcomings of his staff and took care of the situation.

Experiencia estadia en Sunrise

La experiencia fue buena en general , fue demorado de check in a pesar que llegamos mucho despues de las 3pm por un problema con la logistica en el cambio de sabanas creo que el hotel debe tener plan de contingencia. Para el caso de la infraestructura, las zonas de baños cerca de la piscina del vacacional estan muy deterioradas en griferia y muebles. El desayuno muy rico el tinto que proveen todo el tiempo tambien. Gracuas por atender las sugerencias y por favos en la musica no olviden que van personas de todas las edades no pongan solo regetoon. Gracias

Buen hotel para descansar a un buen precio

Muy agradable para descansar, las piscinas para todos los gustos, buena atención. la carta de lo restaurante es limitada pero los platos son muy bien preparados y con abundante porción. Muy buen ubicado en Apiay, cerca de Villavicencio. Hay que mejorar el mantenimiento ya que algunas partes del hotel requieren cariño. En general un 8/10

Hotel en malas condiciones.

El hotel se encuentra en muy malas condiciones, la habitación en mal estado, paredes sucias, mobiliario en malas condiciones de aseo. Muy costoso para lo que ofrece el hotel. En las áreas comunes no se exigue tapabocas, no hay aforo y no se toman medidas suficientes por contingencia Covid.

Un muy agradable tiempo de descanso en familia.

Muy buena experiencia, viajamos en familia mi esposa y mis 3 hijos, sin problemas en el ingreso, la habitación amplia, limpia, agradable, el baño grande, las camas cómodas para pasar un buen descanso, buen desayuno incluído, las zonas de las piscinas muy buenas. El único detalle es que falta un poco de más mantenimiento pues debido al clima húmedo ya presenta detalles en la construcción que se pueden mejorar, en general una muy buena experiencia.

El hotel está bien para unas vacaciones en familia

El hotel está bien para un viaje de vacaciones, cuenta con una piscina amplia para nadar y hay espacios agradables dentro del hotel. La habitación, es grande y cómoda. Sin embargo, el hotel no ha tenido mayores inversiones en su dotación desde hace algunos años, por lo que podría mejorar bastantes detalles con relación a la ducha, los muebles, maderas, etc. No hay wi-fi para huéspedes y tampoco me sirvió el que muy amablemente me compartieron. Tampoco tenía buena señal desde mi celular.

La estadía no estuvo bien. El hotel tiene mucho potencial para ser excelente pero está muy descuidado. La habitación tiene mala iluminación, el baño con muy mal olor a cañería, la ducha no tenía regadera solo un tubo saliendo de la pared, no hay agua caliente y las toallas son extremadamente viejas y deshilachadas, como si tuvieran años de uso. Respecto al desayuno, no hay mucho para escoger, ellos te sirven lo que hay y nada más, tú no te sirves. El checkin/checkout fue rápido, mas hay que tener mucho cuidado de no perder la tarjeta de la habitación o te cobrarán $20.000 pesos por reponerla. Lo recomiendo apenas para pasar la noche y sugiero llevar por tu cuenta toallas, jabón, shampoo y tus propias sábanas.

El hotel es buenos en términos generales, lo bueno es la zona de las piscinas, tiene varias para niños y adulto, zonas verdes, parque y lo malo son los colchones y almohada las deberían cambiar se nota que son viejos y no están en buen estado, y el wifi funciona únicamente en el loby
