The house consists of entrance hall, induction kitchenette, with dining table, sofa, smart TV and with a large window overlooking the main street and the basketball court, where the summer evenings enjoy various shows.
Two bedrooms, the first consisting of a double bed with two windows, while, the other room consists of two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, a large closet and with a small balcony. Toilet and washing machine. The terrace for exclusive use includes a solarium, Jacuzzi mini-pool and a bioclimatic pergola. The house also has exclusive private parking. Within walking distance are many services including ATM, post office, pharmacy, Tabacchi and newspapers, market, bars, restaurants, etc.

The apartment is on the main street where so many businesses are located, on summer evenings the street is only pedestrian closed to traffic, you can still access and exit the parking space and entrance on Cavour Street 2 by passing the route via G. Verdi Street.
