Great Location

The villa is perfect for a small family or couple with comfortable terrace with table and chairs. The house location is fantastic, only few minutes away from the Campulongu beach, bar and about 8 minutes away by car into the town centre, shop's restaurants and the most spectacular beaches The owner is very welcoming and polite

Une semaine aux vacances de la Toussaint. Peu de monde, calme, plage sublime à 2 minutes. Hébergement simple qui correspond au descriptif. Superbe extérieur. Hôte très sympathique et réactif.

Che dire ... tutto perfetto, tutto meraviglioso!!! Casa dotata di tutto il necessario, ottimo spazio esterno privato dove potere pranzare e rilassarsi ascoltando il rumore del mare perché è proprio davanti casa. Posizione eccezionale, vicinissma alle piu belle spiagge di Villasimius. Jacopo, il proprietario di casa, è una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile; ci ha accolti con calore e dato indicazioni utilissime. Ci tornereremo sicuramente!

In Flipflops und Badetuch mal eben zum Strand …

Auf Flipflops am Morgen und Abend, in ein Badetuch gewickelt mal eben zum Strand zu laufen um baden zu gehen ist schon sehr g… . Zu dem Haus … dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis entsprechend gut … Wohnküche für mich als professioneller Koch bescheidend, kein Licht über dem Herd … auch ungemütlich. Bett, Matratzen gut … Bad weniger … Kommunikation mit Jacopo ausgezeichnet, er hilft wo er kann. Ich sollte Italienisch lernen. Für Brötchen und die alltäglichen Lebensmittel gibt es fussläufig einen Alimentari auf dem Campingplatz in 15 Minuten Fußweg, auf Flipflops im Badetuch 🤗

Tolles Appartement mit top Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Campulongu sehr genossen. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Mit toller Terrasse und insgesamt sehr ruhige Lage. Der Weg zum Meer ist wunderschön und optimal, da es sehr kurz ist (weniger als 5 Minuten). Die Kommunikation mit Jacopo war auch sehr gut.

A 300m d’une plage sublime!

La maison est tres bien située, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. Localisation extraordinaire pour l’été et l’accès à la plage. Cependant, je la déconseille pour un séjour hors saison avec des enfants en très bas age, celle-ci étant alors assez isolée puisque les maisons voisines sont peu occupées. A part ça, maison conforme à la description de l’annonce, communication très facile avec le propriétaire, séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble 😊

Bella casa sulla spiaggia

Abitazione carina e molto funzionale in posizione fantastica, a due passi dalla spiaggia, a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Villasimius e dalle altre splendide spiagge della zona. E' dotata di parcheggio pubblico davanti a casa ed ha un posto auto all'interno del cortile privato. La casa ha un patio eccezionale dove rilassarsi ed è completamente attrezzata. Il Sig Jacopo è un padrone di casa molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere gli eventuali problemi (noi non ne abbiamo avuti, tranne un mio errore nella prenotazione iniziale, che è stato prontamente risolto). La casa è perfetta per due adulti o per due adulti e due bambini. Consiglio vivamente questa location per chi volesse fare una vacanza a Villasimius.

Bella proprietà situata a due passi dalla spiaggia di campulongu. Ottima sia per chi non vuole spostarsi in auto per andare al mare , sia come base di partenza per visitare le innumerevoli spiagge e calette che circondano Villasimius.
