Inserted in the green of the homonymous condominium with large fenced garden internally composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and one with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with sofa bed and sitting area and armchairs, large veranda with large table and chairs to be able to eat outdoors, barbecue and outdoor hot water shower, air conditioning and private parking space. The renovated house has been made cozy and bright with light parquet floors, is spacious and offers nooks and crannies where you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility that make this area a paradise. Panoramic terrace.This house is a convenient home for families with children because of its proximity of only 30 m to the sandy beach with its shallow and safe waters for children and the large fenced garden with plenty of space to play and have fun while parents relax on the veranda. Protected by plants that make it cool even on hot summer days. Distant from the sea 30 meters. Final cleaning is € 150 (mandatory).

The urban center of Villasimius is 1.5 to 2 km away with its stores, services, banks, post office, medical service, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. About 700 m away, however, is the first super market of the Spiaggia del Riso Campground, where there is also a bar, restaurant, self-service, pizzeria, and a 'newsstand.

A wonderful place

The house is great with a stunning roof terrace but the view is the best, overlooking the sea and the wonderful green surroundings! We had a wonderful stay! Kerstin is a great host!

Great Place, perfect view, walking distance to the beach

This place invites for a relaxing vacation. A quite area, right at the beach, which was not crowded, even in the summer time. The hosts were very nice and always helpful. I can recommend this place very much.

Toller Urlaub direkt am Strand, gerne wieder!!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit einem großen Garten und unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer. Die Kinder konnten erst im Garten spielen und innerhalb von einer Minute im Meer schwimmen. Sandstrand, glasklares Wasser und eine interessante Unterwasserwelt haben uns einen tollen Urlaub beschert und wir wollen auf jeden Fall zurück kommen. Die Klimaanlage haben wir dazu gebucht, da es schon recht warm wird :). Außerdem ist jetzt ein neuer Internetrouter, 4G, 50Mbit installiert, der es mir ermöglicht hat via Remotedesktop ohne Einschränkungen zu arbeiten.

Nice house close to the beach

We had a wonderful time in this house and in Villasimius. The view from the rooftop is beautiful and the best place for chilling and relaxing. Kerstin did a very good job, thank you for everything!! Villasimius is a nice little town with good restaurants and some nice shops. Best glutenfree gelateria in the world!! We definitly come back!!

Traumlage mit Dachterasse

Dieses Objekt liegt nur durch einen kleinen Fußweg getrennt ganz nah am Strand und besticht durch eine großzügige Dachterasse und sonst auch reichlich Vorterasse. Das Haus ist sicher in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten nur okay. Der Service durch den Vermieter bezüglich der Abwicklung war aber sehr gut. Achtung! Internet muss selber organisiert werden (ca. 50€/Woche), Airconditioning kostet Extra (ca. 60€). Wie in den meisten Unterkünften bringt unbedingt Salz/Pfeffer/Öl/Geschirrhandtücher und Schwamm und Spüli etc. mit. Rechnet auch nicht mit einer tollen Geschirr und Kochausrüstung. Aber wen stört das schon, Die Lage ist so schön, der Strand ein Gedicht, alles wichtige kann binnen kurzem erreicht oder erlaufen werden. Für Sonnenhungrige mit Verlangen nach eigenen 4 Wänden das richtige Objekt.
