Top Erholung oberhalb des Gardasee

Preis/Leistung hat super gepasst. Valentina ist eine tolle Vermieterin und sehr hilfsbereit. Hatten eine tolle Zeit mit den Kindern in der Anlage und waren zu der Jahreszeit Anfang bis Mitte Sept. fast alleine. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Sehr schönes Objekt. Geeignet für bis 6 Personen. Sehr schön gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick vom Balkon zum Gardasee. Die Anlage besitzt einen sehr großen gepflegten Pool. Es ist im Haus sehr hellhörig. Frühaufsteher sollten sich mit ihren Aktivitäten zurückhalten. Ansonsten können wir das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Appartamento adatto fino a due famiglie, accessoriato e collocato in una buona pozione per salò ed escursioni. Non ha condizionatore, le camere matrimoniali rimangono fresche, la mansarda molto calda. Ottima la piscina in comune con gli altri appartamenti. Consigliato!

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Valentina. Elle nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires pour le logement et les activités et visites aux alentours.la résidence est très agréable avec sa piscine spacieuse et un jardin agréable. Le logement était confortable, spacieux avec une terrasse où il faisait bon vivre. Cette résidence a un emplacement parfait pour les visites, les randonnées, le farniente à la piscine. Fantastisk feriested!

Vores familie; tre voksne og to børn på 11 år, er netop tjekket ud af Valentina’s skønne feriebolig. Alt levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger. Dejligt, roligt område - lige bortset fra de hunde, som gøede en del i nærheden. Boligen fungerer rigtig fint og er både rummelig og funktionel og er inddelt i 3 plan, hvoraf de 2 af soveværelserne ligger i kælderplan med udgang til lille privat have med græsplæne. Herfra adgang til poolområdet. I stueplan ligger endnu et badeværelse, køkken med spiseplads, tv/sofa samt en skøn terrasse med helt fantastisk udsigt til Gardasøen. 3. sal er ideel til to mindre børn alternativt to voksne + et barn. God opbevaringsplads i alle tre soveværelser! Lille opvaskemaskine - men den fungerer fint! WIFI kører upåklageligt! Poolområdet er kun for feriestedets gæster og rygning kun tilladt udendørs. Pænt og rent alle steder. Fine indkøbsmuligheder indenfor 5 km. Mulighed for at leje tennisbane indenfor 1,5 km fra lejligheden. Koster 12€ pr. time. Vi havde selv tennisudstyr med. Fantastisk naturskønt område. Strandene ved Salò er superfine! De bedste anbefalinger herfra☀️

Saubere, gepflegte Anlage

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich quasi um ein schmales, in den Hang gebautes Reihenhaus auf 3 Ebenen. Die Eingangstüre liegt rückseitig in der mittleren Ebene und öffnet zum kombinierten Wohn-/Essraum mit Küche und Balkon. Der Balkon ist so groß, dass 4-6 Personen problemlos am Aussentisch Platz finden. Im mittleren Geschoss gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Toilette, Bidet, Waschbecken und Badewanne. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Dachfenster, das ein Sonnenrollo hat. Hier kann es im Sommer schon mal wärmer werden, aber da das Haus in den Bergen liegt, kühlt es hier nachts auch schneller ab. Im Keller befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Das hintere Schlafzimmer liegt an der Wand zum Hang und verfügt daher nur über einen begehbarenAussenlichtschacht, wo eine Waschmaschine steht (die bei uns aber defekt war und erst danach repariert werden konnte; dafür wurden uns aber vom Vermieter zusätzliche Badetücher angeboten, falls gewünscht). Das vordere Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür zur Veranda, von wo aus man auch direkten Zugang zum eigenen Gärtchen (mit 4 Sonnenliegen) und zum Gemeinschaftspool der Anlage hat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch bei Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Der Gemeinschaftspool (mit Aussendusche) ist recht groß und wird täglich gewartet. Abhängig vom persönlichen Empfinden und vom Verhalten der Wohnungsnachbarn, kann es auch etwas lebhafter werden, da die Gebäude in einer Reihenhausbauweise erbaut sind und somit insbesondere an den Balkonen eine Teilnahme am Geschehen der anderen nicht immer zu vermeiden ist. Die Vermieterin Valentina ist super nett und wirklich permanent bemüht, bei Problemen und Fragen umgehend zu helfen. Auch stand ein kleines Welcome-Package mit Getränken, Snacks und Gewürzen zur Verfügung. Die Anlage liegt in den Hügeln oberhalb von Salo, was insgesamt der Ruhe zu Gute kommt. Eigenes Auto ist natürlich Pflicht.

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren die letzten zwei Juni Wochen 2017 mit unseren Freunden in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett, der Ablauf unkompliziert. Es stand Obst und etwas zu trinken für uns bereit. Das Haus liegt nicht so ganz zentral, dafür ist es herrlich ruhig und man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den See. Und es ist immer zwei bis drei Grad kühler, was an heissen Tagen echt angenehm ist. Die Anlage und das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, die Nachbarn (hauptsächlich Eigentümer) nett. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt, dadurch auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten (sogar zwei Stellplätze pro Haus). Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!
