Really poor management of house, in total need of an overhaul

Nothing had been organised for our stay. Very unprofessional manager,Really bad damp and musty smell.Beds were wet, windows leaked during night. No coffee machine working, no wine glasses. Lamps in bedrooms crackled, fire hazard... the list goes on.. there is no entertaining space other than kitchen for 8 ppl thats crazy..

Hard to find. In need of TLC

The property was not easy to find and no-one to greet us upon arrival. Nice property, but in need of proper management to deal with small things like missing bulbs, loose fittings, broken parasol and so on. Location and private parking were big plus points. My wife said the apartment was obviously fitted out by a man as it lacked “feminine touches”! We had a good stay.

Casa óptima, perto da praia, condomínio organizado. A casa tinha o básico para a estadia. Entretanto, sentimos que falta fiscalização entre hospedes o que causa transtornos. Maq loiça sem sal. Lâmpadas fundidas, etc. Falta tbm o básico de limpeza, det loiça e chão, para q sejaantida a higiene.

Adoramos!

Adoramos a estadia. A localização é excelente. A poucos minutos a pé da praia, bem cedo pela manhã podemos ver os pequenos barcos de pesca e a apanha da conquilha. A noite convida a um passeio pelos passadiços até à Manta Rota. O condomínio é muito simpático e sossegado com uma agradável piscina. No apartamento temos uma agradável varanda para as refeições com vista para o mar. O Sr Tiago foi muito simpático e disponível . Fica na nossa lista de sítios a voltar!!

A casa está situado mesmo ao pé da praia, num condomínio fechado com piscina. Tem como mais valia a vista mar do terraço, onde nos foi possível ver golfinhos a passar na praia. Recomendamos esta casa.

Para 8 pessoas, que era o caso, o apartamento torna-se apertado, o ideal é mesmo para 6. Mas cumpriu os objetivos de umas férias junto à praia bem passadas., que era o mais importante. Recomenda-se.

Localização a 5minutos a pé da praia da Lota e 10 minutos do centro de Manta Rota. AC em todas as divisões e boa limpeza.Bem equipada com todos os utencilios cozinha e eletrodomésticos bons e máquina da lavar roupa e cadeira de papa para bebe. Quartos confortáveis. Sala/cozinha com Sofa Cama e um quarto com uma cama extra desdobrável. Aspecos menos positivos : Todas as zonas comuns com tamanho demasiado pequeno para o número de pessoas que a casa suporta ( sala e a varanda com o chuveiro e zona de churrasco. A maior varanda é de um dos quartos sem acesso exterior). Piscina muito boa e limpa, mas sem cadeiras/espreguiçadeiras comuns. Tinhamos que transportar as que tinham disponiveis no apartamento o que não é funcional. Estacionamento privado para 1 carro dentro do condomínio. No exterior muito difícil estacionamento. No geral ficamos muito satisfeitos com a casa e a atenção dos proprietários.

Mesmo em frente à praia

Ótimo apartamento para férias em família, 5m a pé da praia, inserido em condomínio muito calmo. Único ponto negativo, que está relacionado com o condomínio e não com o apartamento, é o facto de não existir nenhuma sombra junto à piscina. Adorámos e pretendemos voltar!

Quartos satisfatórios, quanto ao resto, tudo mínimo. Sala comum muito pequena, sofá muito fraco, não tem Wi Fi, a televisão não tem canais por cabo e as loiças de cozinha são muito fracas. O melhor mesmo, só a piscina do condomínio e o facto de ficar perto da praia. Alcides.
