Villa mit allem Komfort und sehr modern.

Sehr moderne und komplett ausgestattete Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder. Sehr schönen Pool mit Liegen und einer Chillout-Area. Telefonate mit dem Besitzer waren recht freundlich und Informativ und auch in Deutsch. . Die Gegend war sehr ruhig

February Vacation 2025

We were very pleased with our decision to stay here. Lots of room for 4 adults with diverse sleeping preferences. Some liked to sleep in the full dark, others preferred to see the sunrise. Great location within walking distance of the park and the beach and downtown Monte Gordo. Nice market close by with almost everything we needed, and a short drive to larger grocery stores like Aldi in Tavira and San Antonio. Unfortunately too cool (even for Canadians!) to use the pool but we enjoyed the patios. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. A few basic condiments would have been appreciated (ie salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar). We had some left over and decided to leave them behind for the next guests. Overall 10 out of 10.

Perfect house for 8 adults and two babies. Excellent location, absolute tranquility, comfort, a more than complete kitchen, living room, bedrooms, pool—everything is excellent. There is one drawback, which the owner said he will resolve soon: the electricity is insufficient, especially on very hot days with the air conditioning and oven running.

A casa é boa, mas a limpeza deixa a desejar e faltam toalhas

A casa é boa, mas a limpeza deixa a desejar e faltam toalhas. A cozinha teve de ser limpa por nós pois tinha gordura por todo o lado, e a zona da piscina estava suja, com os colchões e espreguiçadeiras nojentas para alguém se deitar nelas, assim como as almofadas das cadeiras. Para usar a piscina, tivemos de comprar colchões novos para as espreguiçadeiras e limpar tudo. Um desperdício de tempo para nós, que ficámos 1 semana. A gestora recusou-se inicialmente a entregar toalhas de bidé para as casas de banho, tendo só depois de muita insistência dado uma toalha de bidé para cada casal. Um chuveiro num WC estava estragado, e ela substituiu-o por outro que estava na cave e já estava velho... Houve ainda um incidente com a piscina, pois na 6ª feira quando viemos da praia a piscina estava com cobertura e as espreguiçadeiras e os nossos colchões, tudo retirado e trancado na cave. Foi um mal entendido com os tratadores da piscina, corrigido umas 2 a 3 horas depois, mas a gestora nem nos pediu desculpa. A indicação da localização no google maps não corresponde com a casa, que é mais longe da praia do que está no mapa. Em resumo, a casa é boa, embora longe da praia, mas com mais limpeza, tanto do interior como do exterior, mais toalhas de bidé, e uma gestora mais simpática e mais atenciosa para os hóspedes seria bem melhor.

Great house

Splendid house, in the pictures looked great, but live was even better. Very well equipped with all the conditions for a great and pleasant stay!
