There is a very generous patio at the entrance, facing west, with a barbecue, table and chairs, perfect for enjoying family meals outdoors, with space to park 1 vehicle inside the gates of the house.



The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, toaster, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, kettle and washing machine and dishwasher.



The villa is located about 50 metres from Praia da Lota, which is just a few metres from Manta Rota, with direct access via a wooden walkway, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.
