Ground Floor: entrance hall, bathroom with shower, pantry with washing machine, equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The living room and kitchen lead to the extraordinary exterior, where you'll find a covered area with an awning to enjoy outdoor meals, with table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower. It has a Pool area, facing North, with some sun loungers to sunbathe. It has a garage with an electric gate to park your vehicle, with access through the interior.



- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of these with double beds (1 en-suite) and the remaining with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, one en-suite and another for common use by the remaining rooms. The main bedroom accesses a generous balcony, with Sea View, facing South.



The kitchen is equipped with: combined refrigerator, cooktop, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO brand capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and dishwasher.



The dwelling is equipped with smoke detection sensors in all main areas (living room and bedrooms) and with a combined smoke and CO₂ sensor in the kitchen, in order to reinforce safety levels.
