Welcome to 21V3 by AlgarveManta, a V3 house with sea view, located on the first line of Manta Rota Beach, offering a perfect refuge for families, couples, and groups of friends. With 120m² distributed over two floors, the property combines comfort, practicality, and a privileged location, just a few meters from the beach and various amenities, such as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and ATMs.



On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, combined refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, DELTA Q capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, and a spacious living and dining room. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower and access to two spacious patios: a front patio facing North, with parking space, and a rear patio facing South, with a barbecue, sink, umbrella and enough space for moments of conviviality between family and friends.



The first floor has three comfortable rooms: one with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds each, one of these being a suite with a corner shower. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The house is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, providing a pleasant stay at any time of the year.



Outdoors, the barbecue balcony is ideal for outdoor meals and leisure moments. The location is privileged, just 50 meters from Manta Rota Beach, with easy access to Ria Formosa Natural Park, golf courses, and other local attractions. Semana de férias na Manta Rota

A localização da moradia é excelente, perfeita para quem quer acesso rápido à praia. O serviço da Algarve Manta, pese embora os problemas descritos na seção seguinte, foi sempre diligente e atencioso na tentativa de resolver as questões. A avaria na máquina de lavar loiça e, acima de tudo, o estado de conservação da fechadura da porta principal da moradia são melhorias urgentes para um bom serviço ao cliente. Depois de termos ficados sem acesso à moradia por bloqueio da fechadura, a uma hora tardia e com uma criança de 2 anos nos braços, ficámos a saber que a mesma fechadura já havia dado problemas e como tal devia ter sido reparada/substituída. A partir desse momento, por precaução e a conselho do técnico que debloqueou a porta, usámos apenas o trinco e nunca mais fechámos as trancas.

Fica próximo da praia e de comércio local. Tem estacionamento para dois carros. Casa acolhedora. Staff sempre disponível para qualquer questão. Não tenho nada apontar. É a quarta vez que faço uma reserva com Algarve Manta e gosto muito, de aí também recomendar os meus amigos /familiares.

Falta pouco para ser excelente...

Gostei muito da localização porque permite arrumar o carro na garagem e deslocarmo-nos para a praia ou fazer as compras a pé. P.S. A frequente e duradoura indisponibilidade de fornecimento de dinheiro das ATM prejudica o comércio local, principalmente aquele que não dispõe de pagamento através de multibanco, pelo que se deve pressionar as entidades responsáveis para a resolução desta situação. A sala de estar é ampla mas o espaço está mal aproveitado porque os móveis são exíguos e não permitem a permanência simultânea de sei pessoas em condições de conforto. A televisão deve ser colocada num local mais elevado (ex. parede) e, de preferência, ter um ecrã maior.

Um sonho transformado num pesadelo

A limpeza, as comodidades e equipamento Em agosto, este alojamento é completamente desajustado para uma família com crianças pequenas face à proximidade de uma feira muito barulhenta até altas horas da noite. Falta de privacidade, barulho, proximidade do ponto de recolha de lixo e até pessoas a urinar junto aos muros....nada adequado para quem procura sossego e tranquilidade. O Wi-Fi é péssimo, nunca funcionou. Não voltaremos a repetir, apesar de a vivenda estar bem equipada e muito limpa.
