Never go without sunshine in this homely, south facing villa! Our townhouse has been remodelled to modern standards without losing its traditional charm, offering you a cozy and comfortable family home.

The home has north and south facing balconies as well as a patio with dining table that catches the late-afternoon sunshine, perfect for long, lazy summer night dinners. This variety always gives you the option for sun and shade and protection from the dominant northerly winds. The sun deck has a charcoal barbecue along with views of the Costa Vicentina National Park and the village.

Please note that charging of electric cars is not allowed at this property. We kindly direct you to the charging stations located in the town of Sagres.

We had a great stay and can highly recommend the house. It could be a bit closer to the beach and especially in the kitchen it feels a bit dark. But therefore it’s nice cool in the house and it’s feel really cozy. We would definitely come again!

Really nice house as advertised. Plenty of nice towels etc.. Also the hosts (Rental Valley) were first class. Gas bottles were replaced immediately when we needed them. When we (stupidly) locked ourselves out of the house Inge at the office got straight back to us to say she would sort it and Anna, the local host, was there in less than an hour on a Sunday afternoon to let us in. Thank you!

Lovely home in Sagres

Clean, large house with 1st and 2nd level patios. A car is necessary due to the house being located in a neighborhood some distance from the ocean, town, center, etc. Communication with property management was all via vrbo. Once we provided all ID details a lockbox code was provided. No issues.

The house is nice and confortable, and has a greatlocstion , clóse to restaurants and súper market and big enough for 4 people, but i Had an accident with the coffe maker, ( it exploted , boiling!! over all my clothes and allí ver the kitchen , at léast i was protected by the clothes but all for garbagge we let them kmow that and they already knew ithe problem but they didnt make nothing to fix it. It could be worst and we didnt have the expected answer by the owners. I hope they fix the problem for the following guests

Das Haus ist keine klassische Ferienunterkunft. Vieles ist sehr individuell und mit Liebe zum Detail, allerdings aus vergangener Zeit. Es ist sehr geräumig.Leider ließ die Sauberkeit insbesondere im Außenbereich zu Wünschen übrig. Die Agentur gab sich aber Mühe auszubessern.Trotzdem waren die Außenbereiche insbesondere mit Baby deshalb nicht gut zu nutzen.

Schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das Chimney House in Sagres hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer, die beiden Terassen, der geräumige Gemeinschaftsraum - egal ob mit Freunden oder als Familie, man fühlt sich hier schnell super wohl! Die Lage ist auch super, auch wenn es am Ortsanfang von Sagres liegt. in 20 Minuten ist man am Strand und meist fährt man ohnehin mit dem Auto in die umliegenden Gegenden. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht - einzig aus den Küchenschränken roch es etwas komisch. Das hat sich aber nicht auf die Küchengeräte übertragen, von daher hat es uns nicht gestört. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder!
