We had the best time in this charming, quaint and quiet Gîte. The kitchen and BBQ were great to use and the whole place was well kept and clean. The river is right outside the grounds and there’re magnificent sunsets.Our host Roland was very welcoming and helpful with all his tips and recommendations regarding stores, restaurants and things to do. We were welcome to use the herbs in the garden and there’re bicycles ready to use.10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat

Nette Gite, für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Toller Garten und sehr schöne Terasse. Im Haus guter Esstisch und schönes Bad (nur Dusche, die aber gut), ansonsten etwas eng. Küche mit Nötigstem ausgestattet. Viele Töpfe, verschiedene Kaffeezubereiter, aber nur zwei Herdplatten und kein Ofen (allerdings Mikrowelle mit Grill).Es sind wohl drei Gites, beim Bestellen sieht man nicht, welche man bekommt. Die Dordogne ist gleich nebenan, ansonsten gibt es die wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Käserei, Fischgeschäft, Supermarkt) in Branne.

gemütliche Unterkunft in sehr schönem Garten im Weinbaugebiet

Alles was man als Selbstversorger benötigt ist vorhanden, die Unterkunft sehr sauber und ordentlich, ein schöner Garten lädt zum Frühstück im Freien ein, der Gastgeber ist sehr bemüht um seine Gäste, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Unterkunft empfehlen wir ehrlich weiter.

M. Nicouleau gère bien ses gîtes. Le nôtre, la Glycine, était confortable, bien équité et propre. Attention!: apportez vos linges de vaisselle, puisqu'il n'y en a pas. M. Nicouleau est très attentif à ses locataires et fait tout pour leur confort, en autant que vous lui disiez ce que vous n'aimez pas. Le terrain est propre et bien entretenu. Pour les bicyclettes, oubliez ça, les nôtres du moins étaient bonnes pour la poubelle. Le gîte est à proximité de plusieurs villes et villages d'intérêt et points de service. À recommander. A very tranquil setting

This location was very nice. It was great to have the Dorgogne right out the back door and be surrounded by vineyards. Saint-Wmilion was less than 10 Minutes away. Our host Rolande was very helpful.

Roland was fantastic and provided bicycles and advice on the Dordogne Bore and the Battle Show in July and August. This is a small village (chickens and crops grown by the neighbours) on the Dordogne with access to Bordeaux and 6k from St Emilion - mostly Merlot but a great place to visit. Loved the serenity. Notre séjour au gîte les coquelicots

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte (conforme à l'annonce) qui est très propre, bien entretenu et où on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour se reposer (chaises longues), pour se promener (vélos) et aussi pour cuisiner facilement (barbecue, four et micro-ondes). Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et soucieux du bien-être des vacanciers. Il nous a donné des conseils pour aller visiter. Gîte recommandé pour passer des vacances reposantes (lieu très calme) pas très loin du bord de rivière (où l'on peut faire des balades).

Sehr ordentliche Unterkunft in angenehmer Umgebung

Diese sehr schönen Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einem gemeinsamen, sehr ordentlich hergerichteten Haus in ländlicher Umgebung, direkt am Fluss, ein Stück südlich des sehr vornehmen Weinortes St. Emilion. Ich habe dort 3 Wochen im Juni 2013 verbracht, obwohl die Wetterlage in jenem Frühjahr sehr extrem war, zumal man hier nur 100 km vom Atlantik entfernt ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr perfektionistisch bei der Instandhaltung der Anlage; das relativ hohe Preisniveau ist gerechtfertigt. Einfache bis gute Fahrräder werden automatisch bereitgestellt -- es war möglich eines der Mountain Bikes auch für grössere Touren in der Umgebung zu nutzen. Fahrrad-Puristen kommen definitiv auch ohne Auto aus, obwohl die Häusergruppe relativ abgelegen liegt -- nächster Supermarkt in 5km Entfernung auf der anderen Seite des Flusses. (Grund-)Kenntnisse der Französischen Sprache sind jedoch erforderlich.

Location formidable

Séjour trés agréable, le gîte et l'équipement sont trés propres et en bon état, les extérieurs sont également bien entretenus. Location au calme qui permet un dépaysement total pour nous qui habitons en centre ville. Endroit idéal avec des enfants en bas-âges. Propriétaire charmant et accomodant. Visite de St Emilion à ne pas manquer, centre nautique à Libourne et Lac de la Cadie pour les enfants, sans oublier les ballades à vélo dans les vignes. Trés bon souvenir.
