In the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region and a stone's throw from Saint-Émilion, this charming house nestles among vineyards and meadows, away from the hustle and bustle. Everything is here for wonderful getaways: walks through the vineyards, discovering local heritage, visiting wineries with tastings… Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted: hiking, cycling (two bicycles available), horseback riding, a rowing club nearby (3 km), or a climbing crag just 12 km away. Le Courtil is a detached house of 80 m², situated on approximately 600 m² of enclosed land, ideal for enjoying a peaceful stay. It offers an open-plan kitchen leading to a welcoming living room with a lounge area, two comfortable bedrooms, an office, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Oil-fired central heating (extra charge). As for amenities, everything is designed for your comfort: Wi-Fi access, on-site parking, a garden shed, and a reinforced outlet for charging an electric vehicle (extra charge). Bed linen and towels are available for rent, kitchen linen is provided, and a cleaning service is available as an option for a hassle-free stay.
