Modern and just rebuild in cement, this sweet spot in Esperanza hills has 2 separate suites, a salt water pool and a large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower, hammocks and outdoor furniture.
The house sits on top of a hill and the ocean can be seen from the pool and garden.
Complete privacy, Casa Amor is quiet and romantic.
Well equipped kitchen, everything works.
Fast WiFi, gardens, fruit trees, in a quiet local’s neighborhood.

The space
Used to be a wooden original caribbean bungalow, we had it for 9 years; enjoyed it very much until hurricane maria brought it to the ground.
Today we are elated to have had the courage to rebuild in this remote island !
The house sits on top of a hill at the very last street, the lot is large and extends into empty spaces towards the back. Completely fenced and private.
Ocean views to the west and breezes from south-east. We have been planting a garden for the last 14 years and now reaping the fruits of our labor, literally!

There is a camera pointing towards the front gate for security and one points to the garden beyond the pool area.
Other things to note
If you are staying for more than 4 days a gardener/pool person might come by to caretake those areas BUT WE WILL ASK YOU BEFORE.
