This phenomenal location boasts amazing ocean views, a functional garden & is a mere 3 min drive away from Esperanza & within 8 mins of the best beaches in Vieques---not to mention the world renowned Bioluminescent Bay.

The property itself is securely gated, well landscaped, and is in a quiet, natural setting with almost no neighbors. Due to the property's proximity to the ocean there is almost always a nice breeze and little to no bugs or mosquitos. The property is regularly visited by wild horses, tropical birds, the famous coqui frog, and two ducks.

This property is also perfectly located. You're close to pretty much everything. The term convenient is appropriate.

Fabulous location and loved the property

It was so nice for a quick visit to the island. Private, secure, and I loved the garden. Such a nice surprise to harvest a few vegetables for our dinner. No Se' is close to "black sand beach" so it was nice for a gentle walk to the beach. We loved the privacy, and the large deck was such a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. We can't wait to return and plan to stay longer next time. Thank you, Bob, for such a fabulous experience and accommodations. Very NICE! Highly recommend.
