I liked everything about this hotel at a fair price. However, there was no elevator to the 2nd floor and the staircase was steep and difficult to haul my large luggage upstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have lived in Thailand for over 3 years now and have stayed in various hotels. This was our first time in Laos. We chose the hotel for its location. We were treated exceptionally well by the staff. Leo and Keo made sure we had what we needed. The breakfast was good. The amenities good as well. The room was spotless. The bed was a bit hard but that seems to be the standard in Asia. We plan to visit Vientiane often and will come back here.

The hotel is old and services like shower hose leaking badly. The toilet lacks basic items such as a rack to hold the tooth brush and soap rather than placing these under the shower hose. Water heater doesn't work very well. The staff were very courteous and helpful. By the way, when I arrived, was informed that they have my name in the reservation but "the agent has not paid them" which was embarrassing.

Staff breakfast friendly. Now English. Bad management. I stayed 18 days prepaid.. They do not care customers. Breakfast 5 days no bread only noodlsoup, i booked this hotel because the said we would have European breakfast. . Only peanapple jam. We will not go back.
