We had a slight hiccup with check in but only because hotels.com did something weird on their end. Receptionist was able to figure it out and got us squared away. Breakfast buffet was good and our room was clean and comfy. Would stay here again.

Lovely big, clean and comfortable room. Great location right on the U4 line and close to Easter markets at Schönbrunn palace. Great breakfast. Best thing about it though is the staff, all of whom were lovely, helpful, friendly and thoughtful.

The room was sparse and small but it was blissfully quiet. The most quiet place I have ever slept in fact. Staff were friendly and the breakfast is a nice spread. It’s an easy walk from the Schönbrunn U4 station.

The room and facilities are exceptionally clean, and the staff is very supportive. You also get 24/7 access to the mini gym. It’s a couple of minutes’ walk to the underground train station, and there is a mall nearby. Schönbrunn Palace is within walking distance. We were really satisfied with our stay, it’s great value for money.
