This is a large open-floor plan home with vaulted ceilings on 6.5 acres in the beautiful Teton Valley outside of Victor, Idaho. Bursting with natural light from large windows all around, the home is ringed by a 300 degree view of the surrounding mountain ranges. Wonderful view from the large deck, great for grilling and star gazing. The 3,600 square foot home has luxury furnishings and accessories, including an open kitchen with many accessories for entertaining. The dining room table seats 10-12, and the island seats 4.

In the lower level recreation area is a huge movie room with sectional for 10 and 65" flat screen TV, DVD player; 8' Plank and Hide pool table with a ping pong table conversion top.

Fantastic People and Property. Cathi responded to all texts/emails within minutes.Home was clean, plenty of space, everything worked, and well stocked from kitchen needs to bathrooms. Indoor game room was perfect. Outdoor fire pit area provided great star gazing and multiple sightings of the ISS and satellites. Backyard was nice to utilize yard games. Bikes provided let you see the neighborhood rather than driving around. The beautiful location far surpassed the little bit of a drive to Jackson Hole or Yellowstone.We have been doing this since 1998 and would rate this home at the top because they took the extra time to see to the little things were addressed (Notes like fireplace and tv operation, check out list, bikes, coolers, games, fire pit etc.). If visiting the area, I would highly recommend a stay at this location.

Great house to spend time with family and explore the area

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Quiet neighboorhood and yet close to town to check out the coffeeshops, breweries, or the huckleberry shakes. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and lots of activities to do. We enjoyed pool and ping pong and bean bags and watching the fireworks from around the fire pit.we also explored the area and went on hikes and went to Grand Teton NP.It was a wonderful home and we would recommend it as a great home base to explore the atea, but also to relax and connect with our family.Thanks for letting us rent your beautiful home.

Wonderful House!!

We had 8 people, ages from 15 to 70. This house was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and the media room was great. Everyone enjoyed playing pool also. Our contact was very pleasant and responsive. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely book this house again.

What a gem

Really amazing stay. The pictures don't do it justice. We had 10 people between our two families - and everyone had plenty of space with all of the bedrooms. The highlight was the downstairs den/playroom for the kids. They spent hours and hours playing ping pong and all the games down there. The house was so well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. It's about a 45 minute drive into the park through the Teton pass, but we really enjoyed just staying on the property and going into town. Highly recommend

Spacious home

Three full baths. Plenty of space for our group everyone had their own room. Locations of the bathrooms made it a little challenging for getting ready but was fine. 40 min into jackson area. Not as close as we would like to be but we knew that when we booked as this was the most affordable option. The home is nice but host is very inflexible so just be prepared for that. After booking about two weeks before arrival the pass was going to be under construction which was going to make our daily drive 2 hours one way. Since it was an unforeseen circumstance I ask if we could cancel and get a refund since tech the listing was no longer accurate and we had a 5 month old with us . The answer was our refund policy is 50%. no exception or wiggle room . I could not eat 1800 . Luckily a week later they moved the construction to the following week. I then ask if we could just leave our bags in the garage upon arrival (2 hours before checkin) so we didn’t have to take them into the park and the answer was no! Our check in is at 4 and we don’t want to bother the cleaning people. I mean in the garage ?She said she would text if they were done early she did not . Sheets were left in the dryer from someone before. One of the trash bins was totally full. Laundry at checkout needs to all be out by 9 saying a service will pick up at 9:30 (they did not) yet check out is not til 10. ( and mind you sheets in the dryer ) . While it was a nice home I would not stay again. Host too hard to deal with

Great Stay, better than advertised

The advert looked beautiful but the actual house exceeded expectations. We stay in a lot of VRBO houses and this house is easily one of the nicest houses we've stayed in. Well equipped, comfortable. There's too much to list. It really felt like home. I mean, they leave a garage door opener for you, so you can pull in/out of the garage when you come/go. Everything was top notch and you won't be disappointed. 5-stars all around.

Great House in Great Location

Perfect Size & Layout for a gathering of friends: Six acres provides privacy, large open kitchen living room is great for shared meals as is the beautiful back porch. Location is close enough to town to quickly get supplies/groceries/meet fishing guides, yet just far out enough to feel fully in the beauty of the Teton Valley. This was our second stay there--and we are planning for a third next year.

Beautiful property, great location

We stayed a week but could have stayed a month! Very spacious and comfortable home for our multigenerational family vacation. The teenagers loved the lower level for watching movies, and playing ping pong. Nice backyard/deck with beautiful mountain views. Peaceful neighborhood in a rural subdivision. A nice location to escape the tourist congestion in Jackson, but still convenient to Grand Teton National Park.

Our stay was fantastic!!! The house was great. Plenty of space for our group of 14. We loved hanging out on the back deck each of the 6 nights we stayed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very large. Comfortable couches in the living room and basement. The towns of Victor and Driggs were super. Great local restaurants. Everyone has to try Butter Cafe in Victor. Fabulous!!! The house was great and the hosts were very accommodating and communicative. Helped make our vacation wonderful!!

Yellowstone Family Vacation

Our family came to tour the Tetons and Yellowstone and had a wonderful time. House would have been very convenient if it wasn't for the landslide which maybe our commute long especially after a long day, fault of no one's. Amazing house and experience!

The house was absolutely spectacular. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean. All of the decorations really made it feel like a western house. The House is in a great location with nice restaurants and a grocery store. There were tons of activities for the family, including board games, TVs, fire pit, pool table, ping pong table, bicycles, and more. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, and we will definitely come back in the future! Even when WY22 was shut down, it was still a great drive with great views to go around to Jackson. Very close to Jackson and very easy to traverse back and forth when WY22 is open! Again, the best house we have ever rented.

The perfect place !

Our stay was fantastic! We were here for 5 nights while participating in skiing events at Grand Targhee resort. The property is easy to get to, and close to the conveniences in Victor. Plenty of room for parking in the large driveway, plus the garage was convenient to store and dry off our ski equipment. Perfect layout and set up for bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was very clean and well cared for. Tastefully decorated! Comfortable beds and bedding. The main floor living room area, and the downstairs game/TV/family room were great areas with ample room and perfect setup for relaxing after ski days. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, tools, and supplies we needed to prepare the food for our meals that we ate there. We love staying here! It would be hard to find better accommodations than this in all of Teton Valley.

Perfect Teton Valley Stay

This was our 2nd stay because we enjoyed it so much last year! Perfect location for easy access to Victor, Driggs, & Targhee. Home is spacious and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Furniture is comfortable. Surround sound in main area is a nice touch. Kitchen has everything you need. Downstairs for pool and ping pong after a long day was great. Private location is nice. Great home for 7 if us college friends to enjoy everything the valley has to offer. We’ll be back soon!!!
