This charming 3-Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Waterfront Cottage sits directly on the shores of the Sandusky Bay. Panoramic views of the wide open water, wildlife and incredible sunsets await you at this charming property. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is 30 minutes or less from Cedar Point, Downtown Sandusky, Kalahari Waterpark, Port Clinton, Lake Erie Island Ferries (Kelleys, Miller and Jet Express) and all that the Lake Erie Shores and Islands have to offer. Located less than a half mile away is a private marina with a boat launch (small additional fee applies) where you can launch your boat to enjoy fishing, tubing or joyriding in the Sandusky Bay. Two kayaks, paddles and life vests with direct water access behind the cottage are included in this rental (Reference house rules for liability statement).

Inside this charming cottage you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor propane grill, refrigerator, freezer, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and all essentials required to make a meal for you and your guests. Two twin bunk bed rooms and one queen bed room make this the perfect family getaway. A large living room overlooking the water includes everything you need to enjoy a movie night, game night or quiet reading night at home. Central air conditioning and heat ensure comfort no matter what the weather may be. Steps from the living room is an expansive outdoor deck that includes a dining set, chaise loungers, Adirondack chairs and a firepit that maximize the waterfront access this property provides.

This cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bay view was stunning and truly the highlight of the property. While the weather kept us from fully enjoying it, the outdoor deck and fire pit area would be incredible on a warmer evening. Overall, a great place to stay and relax!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much for a long weekend getaway. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need. The view of the water is excellent and provides great sunset views. Location is close to many other things to do in the Port Clinton, Marblehead and Put-in-Bay area.

Absolutely amazing property, with the best views of Sandusky Bay! No obstruction of the miraculous sunset it's simply breathtaking. By far the best stay we have experienced. Our host was incredible from start to finish. She made sure everything was stocked from the kitchen to the outdoor firepit. Communication with our host was the best we've ever encountered. The house was very clean and welcoming. We plan to make this a yearly get together at this location. Counting down the days to our next visit!

We had the most incredible stay at this lakefront property with our kids — it truly checked every box and then some. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views that instantly made us feel like we were on vacation. The house had all the necessities we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.The owner even left out some snacks and toys for our kiddos. Each morning felt like something out of a movie — sipping coffee on the deck with the peaceful lake stretching out in front of us while the kids played nearby. It was the kind of quiet that only a small town can offer — calm, inviting, and full of charm. The water was just steps away, and we spent our days kayaking, grilling, fishing, skipping rocks, and soaking up every bit of sunshine.The town itself is a delight — friendly locals, cute little shops, and just enough to explore without feeling crowded or touristy. Whether you're looking for family fun or a peaceful getaway, this place delivers. We already can’t wait to come back. A true slice of lakefront heaven.
