New and modern apartment for 4 /6 people on split level with beautiful view on the river on the 3rd floor (with elevator).

When you enter in the apartment there are a living room with a TV and a sofa bed and a double bedroom with balcony and a complete private bathroom, on the top floor there is another double bedroom with private bathroom.

Direct entry to the apartment with elevator.

Linen, wifi, dishwasher, air conditioner are provided.

There is a washing machine for 4 apartments.

Nearby: covered public parking Saba Isolo, Via Ponte Pignolo 6, or free uncovered parking in Via Madonna del Terraglio.

Conveniently located on the River Adige with just a walk across several nearby bridges to the old city. Great views from the third floor of the river, city walls & street life. Liccia B. was very helpful in making our stay a positive experience.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I and our friends really enjoyed Verona. Licia was very helpful with questions we had. She suggested restaurants, places to park and instructions on requesting a taxi. The view outside our window was beautiful. The only draw back was the elevator stopped working twice while we were there. It was quickly fixed but a little troubling because we were on the 4th floor. Overall we had a great time Thanks Mary
