The privileged location of Dimora Cagrande 1, situated in the beautiful Piazza Bra, will make your stay a very special one. The apartment is decorated with modern taste, preserving also some ancient touches, for a nice and modern contrast of style. The entrance opens up on a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a large table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom with wardrobe and dresser. The elegant and modern bathroom has a spacious shower and a washing machine. The balcony offers a beautiful view just over Piazza Bra. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer and Wi-Fi.

Terrific stay

We had a great experience. The check- in team was so friendly and informative . The apartment was in a great location and both the building and the apartment were immaculate.the apartment was very comfortable and up,to date. Bed linens were very fresh. Being across from the Arena is very convenient. Also great location for,shopping and walking. It was a bit loud one night with late night revellers but nothing too terrible. A/c worked great during a terrible heat wave.Our only request was that they provide some laundry soap and Paper towels for folks who are only staying for a night or two,

Great Location

You walk out of the place and turn to the right and you are in the plaza with the Roman Arena-really nice plaza. So, located as well as you can be in Verona. Verona is a really nice walkable town with a castle and bridge, plus the Roman Bridge, very enjoyable. The apartment has an elevator and was extremely clean and had a comfortable couch and a nice firm bed. The only thing to realize is they are a little corporate, no real personality here- the office is open when it is open and that is when you can get your keys. No flexibility. The office is not 50meters, as I was told, from the apartment it is a 10 minute walk, so if you have luggage drop it at the apartment. I can drag luggage 50 meters but don't want to for 10 minutes across streets and sidewalks. Otherwise, no big deal and the place is great! Rent it!

Clean apartment close to city center

From check in to check out, everything was great. The apartment is clean and well stocked. It's in a safe building in a great location. Walk out the building and you see the Arena. Easy walking distance to all area attractions, restaurants, and stores. You can walk to the train station but it's a little further. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Good location across from the arena; okay apartment in terms of size for EU standards but doesn’t look very sanitary with cleaning items like mops, buckets, and brooms just openly exposed inside the small bathroom next to the shower; terrible communication and very poor at managing expectations. The host offered a shuttle service from the train station into the apartment and said there are no transport services into the city. We signed up for it but on the day we were to arrive I messaged the shuttle driver an hour before arriving and we didn’t hear back until 10 mins prior to our arrival and advised us she won’t make it due to traffic!!! I then messaged the host and told them the situation and given we arrived at noon - they were rushing us to get to the office before 12:30 because they would close - no consideration that their shuttle provider was a no show with zero heads up. We rushed to get to the office only to find out they won’t close for break…. And worse they gave us a business card with all their contact info and told us to contact anytime for anything we might need - I asked them a simple question later for taxi information (like an app or contact info so we can arrange for a ride while at the city and no reply).
