The apartment, furnished in a refined style, is located on the ground floor and, upon entering, we find an elegant and spacious living room with high ceilings, with TV and two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Here you can enjoy a pleasant aperitif or relax reading a book.
Going down few steps you enter the comfortable and modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle and the laundry area equipped with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Going up to the mezzanine floor, we find a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
